At Peace by Piece Concierge Therapy, LLC, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed products that inspire healing, growth, and emotional wellness. Many of our items are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are custom printed or made to order after your purchase is submitted. This allows us to reduce waste and create products specifically for each customer.
Because these items are made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Purchasing by mistake
- No longer wanting the item after production begins
Please review all product descriptions, sizing guides, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Missing items
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement item
- Refund
- Store credit
- Another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during shipment:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us for assistance.
We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner to determine the next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to modify the order or provide a refund.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled because it is being created specifically for you.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color preference changes
- Style preference changes
If an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Sale and Clearance Items
Unless required by law, sale items, clearance merchandise, promotional items, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, digital downloads, printable resources, workbooks, assessments, and other digital products are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us so we can assist you.
Therapy Services
This Refund & Returns Policy applies only to merchandise and products purchased through our online store.
Therapy services, workshops, consultations, and other professional services are governed by separate practice policies and informed consent documents.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
