Insurance benefits vary by individual plan. Coverage, copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and authorization requirements will be verified prior to your first appointment whenever possible.
Clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their insurance benefits and any balance not covered by their insurance carrier.
We continue to expand our insurance partnerships and encourage prospective clients to contact us regarding current network participation.
For clients who choose not to use insurance or whose insurance is out of network, private pay options are available.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.
