Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are typically:

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

If this occurs, you will receive separate shipment notifications and tracking information for each package.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Peace by Piece Concierge Therapy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your order if production has not yet begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window:
- Check your tracking information.
- Verify the shipping address provided with your order.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your property’s management office.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional information.
If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country.
Peace by Piece Concierge Therapy has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Returned Packages

Therapy Services
This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased through our online store.
Therapy services, workshops, consultations, and digital services are not subject to shipping.
