  2. Booking & Payment Policy
    Therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance using our online booking platform.
    A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.

    Peace by Piece Concierge Therapy does not accept commercial insurance; clients are responsible for payment in full.

    Supervisees must be master’s-level clinicians working toward licensure.
    Proof of education, professional goals, and relevant credentials must be provided before supervision begins.
    A signed supervision contract is required prior to the first session.
  2. Scheduling & Attendance:
    Supervision sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online portal.
    Cancellations require a 24-hour notice; late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
    Supervisees are expected to attend all scheduled sessions to maintain consistency in professional development.
  3. Supervision Expectations:
    Supervisees must come prepared to discuss cases, ethical considerations, and areas of growth.
    Documentation, case notes, and treatment planning will be reviewed as part of the learning process.
